Organize movements, not just seats

For friends or families, identify who travels together, children's seat requests and bags. For executives and hospitality guests, provide a lead organizer, flight groups and the people on each scheduled leg. Larger private programs may need several vehicles and dispatch-reviewed staging.

This is private group service, not a public per-seat shuttle. Guests at multiple hotels need a collection sequence, a ready-time check and a final count. Separate arrival flights may justify separate vehicles instead of holding the first guests until everyone lands.

Use published configurations, then confirm local availability

BNG's published fleet lists executive sedans at 2 passengers and 2 bags, SUVs at 6 passengers and 6 bags, a Sprinter configuration at 14 passengers and 14 bags, and a mini-coach configuration at 25 passengers and 20 bags. These are catalog configurations, not a promise of simultaneous LA availability or fit for oversized luggage.

The catalog also includes larger coaches. Dispatch must confirm the actual vehicle, seating, luggage space and accessibility configuration for the requested date. Child seats, mobility equipment, instrument cases or event materials can change suitability; do not choose solely from the headline seat count.

Flights, pickup sequence, departures and returns

Share each flight group, destination hotel, luggage total and scheduled movements. Identify the organizer who can approve changes and the direct passenger contacts needed for dispatch. Keep manifests and personal details in the supported inquiry or agreed secure communication channel, not analytics or public links.

For a hotel-to-venue program, confirm the order, load-ready times, vehicle allocation and which guests need an early return. Waiting, overtime, extra stops and itinerary changes must be reviewed in the quote. Scheduled service is not an on-demand promise that a large vehicle can park beside any venue.

Special requests and event pricing need confirmation

Ask BNG to review unusual group sizes, multi-day driver scheduling, accessibility equipment and uncertain event access. The website does not offer unapproved event rates or automatic booking. Tell BNG which parts of the schedule remain incomplete.

Game Day, Complete Weekend and Corporate and Groups describe the requested service scope, not fixed-price packages. A confirmed quote should identify movements, waiting or returns, applicable fees and agreed cancellation and payment terms before a reservation is finalized.
