A single dinner with a known finish can suit separately scheduled transfers. Multiple receptions, venue changes or a group traveling together may suit hourly service. Ask how waiting, overtime, extra stops and driver scheduling are handled in the quote; no minimum or event rate is invented on this page.
Keep a Beverly Hills evening local where possible. A Downtown reception and a West Hollywood dinner require separate cross-city legs and realistic buffers. A retained vehicle does not guarantee it can wait outside a restricted venue; dispatch must confirm the permitted arrangement.
One organizer for hotel pickups and late returns
Give the organizer authority to confirm the pickup sequence, guest count and changes. Mark guests who will leave early, travel separately or return to a different hotel. For corporate hospitality, separate the passenger manifest and contact details from public planning materials.
