Napa & Sonoma Events Calendar

Use this 2026 Napa and Sonoma event calendar to choose a weekend, identify the correct venue, and reserve the fixed pieces of the trip before arranging transportation.

Spring and summer 2026 highlights

BottleRock Napa Valley is scheduled for May 22–24 at the Napa Valley Expo, combining music, food, and wine in downtown Napa. Summer choices in the source calendar include FARM Fest at Carneros Resort, Blue Note Summer Sessions, Yountville Sundays in the Park, and town concerts in Calistoga and St. Helena.

These events are not interchangeable: a ticketed festival, a resort program, and a town concert have different entry and pickup arrangements. Open the linked organizer listing before buying tickets or fixing transportation times.

Planning notes

  • May 22–24: BottleRock, Napa Valley Expo
  • Summer: music programs in Napa, Yountville, Calistoga, and St. Helena
  • Through September 24: recurring FARM Fest dates; verify the date offered

September and October harvest events

The recorded 2026 calendar includes Calistoga Harvest Table on September 13, harvest dinners at Bell Wine Cellars in Yountville and Turnbull Wine Cellars in Oakville on September 19, and PEJU’s Rutherford harvest festival and grape stomp on September 20. Reynolds Family Winery lists a harvest party and grape stomp in Napa on October 10.

Harvest programming can sell out or change. Confirm the event’s current ticket terms, age policy, start and finish time, and exact guest entrance directly with the organizer.

Planning notes

  • September 13: Calistoga Harvest Table
  • September 19–20: dinners and harvest programs from Yountville to Rutherford
  • October 10: Reynolds Family Winery harvest party in Napa

Choose the hotel and route from the venue

Stay near the event rather than choosing a hotel from the broad “Wine Country” label. Downtown Napa is the practical base for BottleRock; Yountville or an up-valley town can reduce backtracking for a dinner or harvest event farther north.

If an event ends after dinner or gathers a large crowd, establish the return before arrival. Share the ticketed venue, approved passenger zone, lead guest’s phone, hotel entrance, and whether the vehicle should remain retained.

Planning notes

  • Map the exact venue to the hotel before booking
  • Do not combine distant tastings with a fixed event start
  • Agree on one post-event meeting point

Recheck on the day of the event

This calendar is a planning shortlist, not a substitute for the organizer. Review the official listing on the day of travel because schedules, weather plans, road controls, and pickup zones may change after transportation is reserved.

Planning notes

  • Ticket and age requirements
  • Current start time and entrance
  • Final passenger count, pickup zone, and return address
